Get mentorship through your first three in that activity. HOW MENTOR WORKS:  Numen™ + Mentor™ is a mentorship and support designation paired with your applicable commission plan. It is not a base commission plan. Mentorship applies while you have fewer than 3 completed transactions in the transaction type you are entering, supporting you through completion of your first three. Experience in another transaction type does not remove that support requirement. Mentor fee: 10% of actual gross commission on each covered transaction through your first three in that activity. Paid from your share entirely to your mentor, in addition to applicable brokerage charges. No additional monthly Mentor fee; no minimum or cap. Commercial’s assumed minimum commission basis does not apply.

PLANS & JOINING Frequently asked questions.     01 WHAT CHANGES BETWEEN THE THREE NUMEN 100 TIERS? The monthly technology fee and sale fee. You keep 100% of the commission on self-generated business, before the stated fees. 02 WHAT WILL I PAY ON A SALE? Your tier’s sale fee is $549, $449 or $349. Your monthly technology fee is separate. 03 IS E&O INSURANCE INCLUDED? Yes. E&O insurance is included in all three Numen 100 tiers. 04 CAN I KEEP MY OWN BRAND? Yes. Personal branding is supported within brokerage and state advertising requirements. Team, LLC and DBA options are available where permitted. 05 HOW DOES THE AGENT REFERRAL REWARD WORK? You receive $125 for each residential sale a referred agent closes during their first 12 months. 06 WHAT DO I NEED TO APPLY? Choose a plan and provide your name, email, phone number, license details for each state where you hold a license. Select your primary state and where you want to join. No real estate license upload is required. Add your driver’s license or government-issued ID, completed W-9, auto insurance or an approved non-driver exception. Links to your state real estate commission’s transfer forms and instructions are provided in the application. A profile picture is optional. 07 DOES APPLYING MEAN I CAN BEGIN WORKING WITH THE BROKERAGE? No. Your agreement, license verification, state affiliation and broker approval must be completed first.
